Partners: ELCA and Evangelical Lutheran Church of Tanzania and Lutheran World Relief.
The Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania began phase one of an AIDS education and prevention program in 1987, and continued in phase two beginning in 1995. The project will analyze the current state of phase two of the HIV/AIDS program of the ELCT and plan phase three.
